How to give Speech?

                                              Good Speech
A good speech is speech given by heart not by tongue. There are numerous types of speeches. Suppose a politician wants to give speech then there would be different way to speak and will have different content as well. And on the flip side, if student wants to give speech on some topic then there would be different content and style to speak. A good speech should abide by following rules :
Ø A good speech will have strong content and effective vocabulary.
Ø A good speech should have a effective initiation, body and impressive conclusion.
Ø It should not be essay or article type, rather should be a conversation that zeals and heals listeners.
Ø  A student could use phrases like : “my dear friends”, “my ‘well’ informed friends”, “I would like to demistify”, “I strongly feel” etc.
Ø If started with quotes before introduction, the it could be very much beneficial and give marvelous impression on listeners. This would also prove your general knowledge level and develop excited-ness amongst the audience that they would feel like listening you more and more.
Ø We should neither be very low nor very loud.
Ø We should be very calm and composed while talking but not hasty as well as not very slow.
Ø We should neither be very still nor very momentry.
Drink two or three sips of water before initiating speech if nervous. Have a little walk and long breathes.
All these points could be very beneficial while giving a speech and would prove you to be a confident speaker.

Everyone trust me everyone gets nervous while speaking but the thing is that some portray it and some overcome there fears and drag confidence out of it.                                                                           Good luck!

“Evils in Indian Society”

                                       “Evils in Indian Society
Charming Morning to all the dignitaries.
Guys, today I will present my views on not one or two but all social evils prevailing in our society.
And I initiate my speech with words that basic goal and duty of our government is to work and uplift our society in a positive developing way. From past 68 years our government is working to achieve this aim but very less success has been obtained and if we say they have failed in this regard even that would not be wrong. No doubt all banks and insurance companies have been nationalized and pensions and important powers and rights for all kings and emperors have been removed. But despite this our society has been partitioned. One of the main partitions is- upper class, middle class and low class, for sure. The blame of this partition is on evils prevailing in our society.
The biggest evil of our society is begging and fake saints, who loot gullible commoners. Undoubtedly some of the great saints are present in society, who are the glory of the very region. But some unemployed and fake people earn bad name to society for their gibberish deeds.  This is the named evil of our society that we give huge donations to free and non working people roaming here and there. This way one section of our society live good and luxurious life by not working to earn even a single penny.
Greed, lust and selfishness have increased so highly in our society that it has become the social evil. By keeping our morals aside we loot others by no thinking about their baleful condition at all.
Our man-oriented or we can say male dominated society is the main hindrance in development of our nation. Men want to fulfill their sayings by hook or by crook. There are numerous exemplary situations where females are given no importance at all in comparison with males. Though government has passed a manifesto declaring girls’ equal share in parents’ property but this law has not been executed or we can say implemented effectively. Why so? Because we don’t want to abide by such terms and conditions where girls are given dignity or status. As we Indians are of the view that if girls are given share in property then that property would go to somebody else’s home. What queer notions? Female spends her entire life as recessive one facing criticism and tyranny.
Now talking of limitations of our Education System then list with problems associated is very long. Even today we have large section of society as illiterate and they are prey to superstition in modern world of science and technology. How astonishing is that?
Drug addiction is eating out juvenescent Indians who are the future. You all can see that this is putting our nation and its future in dark. Increasing population is another worrying factor. Adulteration is food is churning out health of our nation.
The biggest and largest of all evils is that we don’t use our right to vote in correct and effective way that puts our nation’s rule in wrong hands.
In crux it can be said that our society is suffering from neither one nor two but numerous evils. Come let’s join hands together to root out these evils and work to earn the tag of Golden Sparrow for our mother India. So that rather than begging infront of others we should be capable enough to help out others.
Thanks!!

Best Speech “Independence Day-15 August”

 Very good morning to all.
Friends! Slavery cannot let any body’s respect, dignity, liberty & freedom stay in his hands. That is why the dignity of moving with pride and head above is only with the independent regions and nations. Freedom is the basic right of every region and nation of the world. Rather than cake of slavery it is better to have salt of freedom. Freedom is not only important for humans rather it is equally important for birds and animals.
Guys, we Indians and our mother India got freedom on 15th August, 1947. This was the pride moment and day of great dignity for India. This was the day when curses turned into blessings for us. On this auspicious day, Indians-our ancestors got the opportunity to breathe in fresh and rejuvenating air of freedom. But friends! There is a long and struggling history behind this independence. First struggle or we can say war of Independence was fought in 1857 i.e. 100 yrs before we got freedom. So, guys you and me can easily imagine the pain and struggle behind our freedom and liberty. This war of Independence was initiated by Rani of Jhansi. There is a long list of statues of Independence which includes great names like Kartar Singh Sarabha, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Subhash Chandra Bose etc.
Struggle of Independence has snatched the lives of numerous sons of mothers, brothers of many sisters and husbands of uncountable wives. The massacre of Jallian wala Bagh, Bharat Chodo Andolan, Satyagrah like moments are proud fetching movements for Indian Independence. The fruit of these sacrifices fetched us the fresh air of freedom on 15 August, 1947.  And this is the day we celebrate as Independence day.
This day is celebrated with huge joy, enthusiasm and optimism at Red Fort in Delhi. People take pledge to serve country and maintain its happiness and glory. Independence day is our national fest (festival).
As it is the reminder day for we the Indians to work and fulfill Bapu’s dream of free and successful india.

Thanks and Mazel tov for Independence Day!!

Best Speech “ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION”

                             “ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION”
Pleasant morning to all. I am here to discuss about one of the serious and common problems faced by the entire world.
Guys! As I am going to talk about environmental problem so I will first talk about what is environment? Environment means our surroundings or we can say the blanket that has sheltered us. And pollution means presence of some unwanted dust particles and harmful gases in environment. The birth givers or creaters of pollution are known as pollutants. Pollution is not only making earth a living hell for humans rather flora and fauna are also being adversely affected.
Industries are flourishing with high pace in the modern machinist world. The new and fascinating gadgets of science, on one side are enormously big helping hand for development of man and society but on the flip side they are proving to be disaster for human health as well because the gases released and toxic particles pollute the environment. Polluted environment become the base and building block for numerous life threatening diseases that become the cause of death of many humans. Today’s humans are fed up of ill effects of water, air and land pollution.
Pollution has many types – air pollution, water pollution, land pollution, noise pollution and radioactive pollution.
The basic reason of pollution is industrialization. The reason behind sudden increase in air pollution is emission of harmful toxic gases by vehicles and from industries. For water pollution cause can be stated as dumping of waste material into natural water bodies. And friends for noise pollution our ears face every day we notice the creaters of noise - horns of vehicles, high sound DJ’s etc. And land pollution is created by use of pesticides and fertilizers.
Radioactive pollution means air, water, land pollution that is caused by radioactive waves.
To work for reduction of environmental pollution and safety from its harmful effects, 3 May 1977 is celebrated as world environment day in the entire world. On the very first celebration in 1977 numerous ideas were put forth to control and stop pollution.
Guys we need to take initiatives. If we don’t dump waste of our homes and industrial waste into water bodies, then it would be big help in reduction of water pollution. Friends! If we walk or use cycles for going to nearby places instead of cars and bikes etc. then it would reduce air pollution to lot pace. Similarly land pollution can be controlled by using natural fertilizers rather than chemicals and pesticides. And noise pollution is dam easy to control as if we keep volume of DJ’s and horns low, then it would be big contribution from our side NO.
It is very important for development of healthy and disease free human that he be provided with healthy and pollution free environment.
Guys! Imagine you are enclosed inside a room full of smoke. Will you be able to breathe?
It’s a condition soon we will be in future.. Earth will become such a room for all of us to stay.
In crux I would like to conclude my speech by adding that there is no lack of awareness rather lack of implementation of those steps that can erode away pollution.
Think for a while and walk instead of using bike, turn off your tap properly while brushing your teeth when tap is not in use.

Thanks for giving your precious time to listen to my views.

Good Speech on “If I was a millionare”

                                           “If I was a millionare”
Charming morning. And I am here to talk and discuss about what would have I done if I was a millionare.
I would start with friends! “if” has huge importance in our life. This two lettered word has always given big satisfaction to man. To keep hopes alive is the work of this “if”. We are able to overcome our weakness and failures with the immense power of “if”. If a student fails in exam, he would say “if I would have studied bit more I would have been pass…” isn’t that so? Some of the wisdom-ry people have quoted ”If’s can never be fulfilled”. Similary, I have thought if I become a millionare then I would serve society.
Friends! U and me in fact everyone of us have some imaginations, some goals and of course some dreams. And every human does try and work in regard to make these dreams become reality. Number of times it can happen that human’s dreams are not fulfilled, they fail to become the reality of his life. And sometimes to his surprise all his dreams become reality naturally and all of a sudden.
Guys like many of you even I admire and wish to become rich. Rich not with thousands rather rich with crores. I keep on surfing newspaper where I reach about rich industrialists and other big bucks of society. So, I have lust for becoming rich and well known personality of the town. Guys you may extend laughter at my this thought but even then I would like to share it with you guys, that I buy a lottery ticket from my pocket money everyday thinking that I would also become millionare someday.
As any other middleman, the day I won the lottery the very first I will fulfill my basic needs. I would build a little home not very big only as per requirement of my family.
With the remaining amount, I would like to open a school, a good disciplined school. I would facilitate the education of poor children there for free of cost. I myself would tackle the responsibility of the school and serve the poor.
I would like to facilitate poor diseased people with free medicine and hospital service.
Guys, I have long list. With other money I would like to open a library for my arena people for dissemination of knowledge and information.
But I would never spend extra money on my luxuries and lavish life style. Rather just fulfilling the basic needs of food, cloth and shelter, the remaining money would be spent on service of society and I would like to become true nation server.
That was all on my part of speech!

Thank you!

Speech on “Republic Day- 26 January”

                                        “Republic Day- 26 January”
Good morning. Today is the proud moment for me as I have got the privilege of sharing my views on this auspicious occasion of “Republic Day”..
Friends! You and me, In fact every Indian is known and proud of these two important days- 15 August, 1947 – the Independence day- the day of our freedom and 26 January, 1950- the day when India got republic. And 26 Jan is the day when world’s greatest democracy- India’s constitution came to existence and was executed. And all the Indians, true lovers of mother India hold this day in awe and celebrate it with great joy, enthusiasm, dignity and proud. This was the day of declaration of India as the true democracy with constitution. It was a lucky day when the chain of rule and power of Indian government came to Indian hands. This is the reason behind the fact that 26 January, 1950 holds great importance in Indian history.
Before 15 August, 1947 India was ruled at the hands of Britishers. To break the chains of slavery all the Indians came together to acquire freedom for you, me and all of us. Guys, do you know, it took 100 years of struggle for our nation to get freedom. The very first war of independence was fought in 1857. It was the historical day of 26 January, 1929 when all the freedom fighters collaborated together at Ravi river and took the pledge of “Pooran Swaraj” i.e. full independence and rule of Indians. At the end, Britishers had to kneel down in front of great courage of Indian freedom fighters. And finally, India got independent on 15 August, 1947. Though, “break apart” thought and plan of Britishers, partitioned off India and created new Pakistan but even then freedom is freedom.
In 1950 when our constitution got completed with democratic rules and norms, then 26 January was the day decided for its execution. From that very day, every patriotic Indian celebrates this day with great joy, proud and faith. On this day, sacrifice of all the great & valiant freedom fighters is remembered with deep respect and dignity. Every Indian is grateful to every person who contributed in Indian independence.
In Delhi – capital of India, this day is celebrated in a royal way. Air forces, water forces and military give salute to their heads. Numerous entertainment and  patriotic programs are organized in different parts of country.
Remembering this auspicious day of 26 January, heart of every Indian is full of patriotism and dignity for its motherland. Our ancestor freedom fighters have got us the freedom, but now it’s high time for us- the juvenescent India to work for fulfillment of their dreams and their dreams & hopes of ‘free and developed India’ is our responsibility now..

Thank you and enjoy being republic!

Good Speech on “NUCLEAR POWER & ATOM BOMBS”

                          “NUCLEAR POWER & ATOM BOMBS”
Pleasant morning to every one sitting here and giving precious few minutes of their life to hear my views. I am here to share my notions and thoughts about “Nuclear power and atom bombs”.
Friends! No doubt we are living in the era of science. Today we have magical inventions of science in every sector. And these discoveries have rendered a lot of relief and added pace to human’s life. Dear friends you all would agree that human has controlled natural powers to a pace and the remaining are being tried upon. But, on the other side of the coin and undoubtedly the evil side, science has disastrous inventions, amongst which Nuclear power and Atom bombs are the most destructive ones. Misuse of this invention can destroy and vanish history of mankind from this planet at any time. Isn’t it so? Scientists, socialists, writers and every worried person of the contemporary world is thinking about how to save mankind from such disastrous situation? To attain this goal peaceful conferences are organized. Rules, laws are being legislated. The supreme and most powerful nations agree that use of such powers should be for welfare of mankind but on the other side they are developing dangerous nuclear weapons secretly to overpower the less powerful ones. Guys, this is the reason we all can feel vibrations of Third World War.
Now I need not to mention rather you all are aware of the quote “History repeats itself”. So, the extreme development definitely gets converted to extreme disaster and danger.
My all well ‘informed’ friends! You all are well known of the disaster done by nuclear powered atom bombs in famous and big cities of Japan- Heroshima and Nagasakhi on 6 august, 1945. It was the nuclear power that bought up fire, water and storm all together. Experts today quote that if Fourth World War happened ever then it would be fought with sticks and stones as Third World War would destroy mankind on a whole.
Guys are you aware, how this power and bombs were developed?  Listen to it! These atom bombs are the fruit of years of inventions carried out by scientists of America, Germany and Britain. The very first scientist to contribute in this invention was ‘Utehan’. One thing more do you know which one is the most dangerous bombs ever developed? It’s hydrogen bomb.  The least powered hydrogen bomb can even destroy and convert 16 miles of land barren. And along with this bomb nuclear bomb is very powerful as well. Nuclear bomb is so dangerous that it can snatch the life of 80,000 people at a time. Scientists are of the view that if once nuclear blast happens at a place, then women of that very place cannot become mothers again and future generations will be very weak and badly affected.
Nuclear power has two sides and faces. One is good & the other evil. The good about this power is that if used wisely & for welfare of human’s, then it can root out starvation and poverty effectively. It can save human from life threatning - deadly diseases. With the very less uranium powered nuclear bomb, one rail can round up the entire world in one circle. We can do the works with little and less costly nuclear power that can require other costly energies in large amount to do the same work.
But friends now it’s a worrying factor for me, you and all of us. All of us need to know that if used wisely then this power can make earth a heaven and if misused then…. We all are aware of the hell.

Thank you!

Good Speech on “Science- Master or Slave”

                                “Science- Master or Slave”
Respected Principal, Worthy Teachers and My Dear Friends.
Good Morning.
I am here to express my views on the topic “Science- Master or Slave”.
21st century is the time of science. Science and its gadgets have influenced every part of man’s life. Ages old cultural thinking and orthodox mindedness have been washed away with new developments of science. Contemporary man depends upon science for its every need and deed. Today me and you everyone of us feels incomplete without science and gadgets around. Today if we have developed mentally and physically then one of the major reasons for this is Science. Today’s human is more proud of power of science than the power of God. Importance of science has increased so much that we are dreaming of residing on moon. This is not over yet even that our scientists dream of inventions to control death.
Talking of merits of science that have wonderfully changed our life, we see that with the help of science, man has control over distance between time and distance to a lot pace. Even miles away places and countries appear to be like the next state.  Earlier where man could not reach within months and days by walking, now he can reach the very destination within hours and minutes. Isn’t it a magic? By sitting at home we can communicate with people at miles away places. Motors, cars, airlines, rails, phones etc. have revolutionized our life. Everything appears to be magical, no? It is.
It is due to the strength and power of science that we get information about happenings and mis-happenings of every corner of the world through newspaper and television within few seconds.
Today electricity and gas are doing a lot of work in from our kitchen to cleanness of homes. Lifts in big buildings reduce time wastage.
There is a big revolution in industries. Machines work by themselves. Machines do work of 100,100 men at a time. Input and output has increased up.
There is surprising increase in men’s health and medicinal trade. Big surgical operations can be carried out without any acute pain or misery.
Friends ! now you all have heard of merits and wonders that science have brought up to our life. Now give a ear to its disastrous demerits ! it is also created the environment of danger and terror. Invention of atom bombs, nuclear bombs have proved that once third world war if initiates, it would destroy mankind.
Such inventions of science have made rich & powerful nations more powerful and poor ones more poor and poverty stricken.
In crux, I would like to wrap up my words saying that though science has provided man with lots of comfort but on the flip side it has also created a way of destruction for mankind. If these gadgets are used wisely at the hands of man then science is Slave of man, but on the other hand, if man becomes the target of these gadgets and science becomes Master then we are at the verge of destruction….

Thank you!

Speech on “DAY SCHOOL STUDENTS are more disciplined than Boarding School Students”

Speech on “DAY SCHOOL STUDENTS are more disciplined than Boarding School Students
Respected Principal, Worthy Teachers and My Dear Friends.
Good Morning.
I am here to express my views on the topic “Day school students are more disciplined than Boarding school students”.
Discipline means following the set of rules and regulations, excercising self-control over body and mind. It also means showing proper manners and etiquette.
So far as discipline is concerned, I think, it comes from within. It is often enforced through fear of punishment. Such a discipline is not true discipline. It can at best be regimentation.
Many parents think that boarding school students show better discipline than those of day schools. That may be because in boarding schools students are required to do lot of their work themselves. Work like washing clothes, making their own bed, getting up early in the morning etc. Such students remain under the control of their teachers more so they seem to be disciplined. These very students, it has been observed, put all discipline to the wind once they come home for vacation.
Day school students are no less disciplined in my opinion. In fact they are often more disciplined because they have tutor control as well as parental control. Their acts of indiscipline are reported and addressed faster.
I strongly believe that discipline as a value, children learn in their families more than at schools. Schools teach social discipline more than personal discipline which is better instilled by parents and which comes more from within. In the end I would conclude that discipline is increasingly becoming a casuality both at boarding schools and day schools. In needs to be nurtured and instilled in all at all times.
Thank you!

Good Speech on “-“Safety in Schools”

                                              “Safety in Schools”
Kumbakonam: 90 school children killed in fire”. “400 children & parents killed in Dabwali school”. Recently numerous students killed by a blast in Military school in Pakistan”. Cry the headlines. But most schools don’t seem to realize that fire engulf their gullible children, too.
Good Morning everyone.
Most schools have not taken the requisite steps to ensure the safety of the children studying there, although the Kumbakonam fire in which 90 children died should have stirred them to act. According to a survey conducted recently, most schools have only one entrance. They don’t have any fire fighting equipment worth the name. teachers and students have never heard of a fire fighting drill. Most of them do not even have the emergency number of fire brigade. There were sand buckets in a few schools but too few and without any sand. Even chemistry labs, canteens and auditoriums did not have any fire fighting equipment.
The post-Kumbakonam shock and concern should have provided the impetus for everyone to ensure that such a tragedy, which could have averted, does not occur again. No lessons were learnt from the fire tragedy that struck Dabwali, Haryana, in December 1995, in which approx 450 children and parents attending  a school function perished.
After every tragedy, there is a call for punishing the guilty, but the focus has seldom been on creating the right atmosphere for safety through proper equipment and training.
It is evident that there is no lack in legislation of laws rather we fail in there proper implementation. Coupled with it is the “chalta hai” attitude of the public and the parents who should be more active in making schools safe for their children.
The people as a whole will have to be involved in public safety by demanding it and actively participating in it. Fire fighting drills are common in schools and public institutions the world over. Why should India be any different? It is only through public involvement that greater awareness and consequent implementation of safety regulations would come about. Fire safety should be made the No.1 priority for schools and authorities.
Schools without adequate fire safety and other safety arrangements should be derecognized, deaffiliated or even closed. Otherwise, there will be periodic visitations like Dabwali, Kumbakonam and Pakistan’s recent military school attack .

Thank you!

“EXTINCTION of Wildlife in India”

Speech on “EXTINCTION of Wildlife in India
Dear friends
Even as I am standing infront of you to speak on the topic “If Wild Life Vanishes Can Man Be Far Behind?” a tiger has just died for its skin and bones, an elephant has been poached for ivory and many other beautiful specimens of Wildlife like leopards, snakes and dolphins etc. are in death throes. All because of man- the so called crowning glory of God’s creation, the so called intelligent and thoughtful animal.
The celebration of the Wildlife Week coinciding with Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday makes a lot of sense for he was an apostle of peace and non-violence and a preacher of co-operation and co-existence. But I am sorry to say, people in Mahatma’s country are woefully lacking in any sympathy and compassion for Wildlife.
Most of them do not even know that their country is one of the world’s mega-bio diversity rich countries with more than 76000 species of fauna living in 17 major forest types. 441 Wildlife sanctuaries, 80 National Parks and 28 Tiger reserves not withstanding, species like tiger, elephant, snakes and many others are facing the danger of being wiped out from the surface of the earth.
Who is to blame for this eco-disaster? The biggest culprits are the internationally connected wildlife poaching and smuggling cartels which do a whopping illegal wildlife trade of Rs. 90,000 crores annually . Are you known that in the year 2009, 31 tiger skins, 39 sackfuls of tiger bones, 581 leopard skins and 778 otter skins were seized? Wildlife activists believe that the extent of damage is 10 times more than the catch. As for the legal action, what a shame that out of 1400 individuals accused of poaching and illegal wildlife trade in 748 cases of seizures between 1994-2003, only 14 have been convicted and sentenced and 22 others arrested? Some thought for wildlife protectors !
I hardly need to emphasize here the vital link between the existence of wildlife and the existence of man who is on top of the food chain. If the food chain collapses – there is every danger of it- man’s future hangs in balance because wildlife is an integral component of our bio-diversity and eco-system.
So if wildlife vanishes, man’s extinction is not far behind. Is anyone hearing the call of the wild?

Thank you!

Speech on “Death sentence should not be abolished”

“Death sentence should not be abolished
Few days before when I was reading a play “The Other Side” by J.S.Knapp in which a father who is an executioner executes his own murderer son. Honestly, I did not feel any pain or remorse.
Ladies and Gentleman, I (name) stand before you to express my views on the topic “Death sentence should not be abolished”.
My argument will run simple and straight. First, death penalty is a very efficacious deterrent to heinous crimes like genocide, war atrocities, drug trafficking, murder, rape and child abuse. Hardened criminals are not afraid of life imprisonments. But death can scare the hell out of them.
By hanging, electrocuting or giving a lethal shot to a dreaded criminal, the society gives out a strong message to other truants not to restore to crime. Death penalty brings justice to the families of the victims of the executed criminal.
Ladies and Gentleman! How can you allow perpetrators of hideous crimes to continue to live even if imprisoned? How can you tolerate baby killers, rapists, terrorists and drug dons? If they are criminals they must be brought to book even if it is noose they must embrace.
Therefore, I strongly believe that Death Penalty should not be abolished.

Thank you!

good speech "Death sentence should be Abolished"

                      DEATH SENTENCE should be Abolished”
Few days ago when I was reading a play “The Other Side” by J.S. Knapp in which a father who is an executioner executes his own murderer son. Honestly I felt very sad.
Ladies and gentleman, I (name) stand before you to whole heartedly support abolishment of death sentence.
My first argument in support of the motion is that we have no right to take the life of any human being. Any person’s death (victim of crime) is heinous and most unfortunate but the faulter’s death has not and cannot bring her back to life. Far from being justice, I think it is revenge in disguise both for the late victim and their bereaved family.
A question for you all who are endorse death penalty : if death penalty is not inhuman, why are our courts trying to find a ‘more humane’ method to kill? Are we humans or blood thirsty barbarians? Several countries have already abolished or are in the process of abolishing death sentence. Statistics show that by 1998, 67 countries had abolished the inhuman sentence and 24 others were not practicing the death penalty law.
Even the Statute of the International Criminal Court has excluded death penalty as punishment for heinous crime. Here we are holding on to the dread rope- the relic of the Raj and ruthless regimes in the ancient times.
The essential fault of death sentence is that it is irrevocable. Mistakes can be rectified, death cannot. You see mistakes are inevitable in all systems of justice, however scrupulous the process and however honest the participants.
In crux I would like to say that as we are developing as a society, we should move away from barbaric practices.  Punitive justice is vital but death penalty is not. Only God can give life. Let us not try to be God. Therefore, I whole-heartedly appeal that Death Sentence should be abolished and abolished immediately.

Thank you!

Speech on-“Corporal Punishment in Schools”

                                           Corporal Punishment
Good morning to all the dignitaries and hello to all my friends.  I m here to speak on “ Corporal punishment policy followed by the schools”.
Corporal punishment is brutal punishment and our school’s does not follow the policy of corporal punishment at all.
Students actually behave as per their age. It is psychologically proven that children in a particular age group may on an average display a common average of behavior. Students are naughty and not the criminals to be treated in inhuman /sub-human ways.
At present very less number of complaints has emerged regarding corporal punishment. Even there are schools where corporal punishment is totally banned. And this trend has been adopted throughout in the schools of our state. Rather students are being treated with love, compassion and understanding to make them understand that teachers want their welfare and no intention is to harm them in any way.
Our schools assure to all students and parents of all help & endeanour towards growth and development of children’s personality in a better way.

Thanks! & enjoy the pleasant day.

Speech on “BRAIN DRAIN”

 “BRAIN DRAIN”
Honorable jury and dear friends a very good morning to one and all. Here standing in front of you ( name) and I have got the golden opportunity to express my views on the topic “Brain Drain”.
Brain Drain.. what is it? Actually it is the phenomenon of people migrating from developing countries to developed countries.  So, how can Indians be behind? Many of us want to coin money and there are many other reasons for it. Some of them can be mentioned as- lifestyle and job satisfaction abroad are much higher than in India. There is great demand abroad for chefs, cooks, waiters, plumbers, drivers, welders, farm hands and carpenters. So Indians get attracted towards handsome salaries in US dollars. And moreover Indians get jobs there whereas they face unemployment in India.
Friends, do you have any idea what are consequences faced by our country due to brain drain. If not then listen to this India is losing trained doctors, nurses, engineers and scientists. Most IIT, MBA graduates prefer working abroad. India is facing acute shortage of doctors in rural areas. Industry experts quote : quality engineers are hard to find. Whereas on the flip side, Indian software developers and financial experts heading for foreign countries.
Now if taken glance at solutions Indian government and society have done for stoppage of brain drain then it is found that in contemporary India, self-employment and business opportunities are growing at a good & faster rate. Government is still planning further to check and root out this problem completely.

Thank you!

Speech "EXAMS should not be Abolished”

                                      EXAMS should not be Abolished”
Dignified members of jury and my dear friends. Good morning. And I am here to express my views on the topic “Exams should not be abolished”.
Exams are the test that examine what a student has learned in the entire year and mark them accordingly. They enhance student’s ability to perform under pressure as stress is part of daily life. So, one should be prepared to face such exams, as in the life- named examination, one has to pass through various trials and tribulations of life. Exams facilitate and motivate students to learn in a healthy environment. There are confident, self-assured and enthusiastic students who look forward to examination.
Evaluation and assessment are inevitable and are an integral part of the process of education. Examination are Alladin’s lamp to fulfill our wishes of admission in good institutes and right career options. Actually, parental expectations are more dangerous than fear of examinations. Exams bring about a more responsive and responsible work culture in schools. Examination can be avoided but not assessment.
Friends, let us assume for a while ban exams… fine, but what next?
Is there any better criteria to mark students hard work?
No, there isn’t. So, I feel there is no point of abolishing exams.

Thank you!
